| You must be over 18 and a resident of the Republic of Ireland to purchase from this website. We may use credit scoring methods to assess your application and to verify your identity. We may use your information to enable fraud prevention and to enable payment recovery. We may require you to verify your identity post sale. |

| Payment |

| All credit/laser card payments are processed when you place your order. Full payment is required when delivery is within four weeks from date of purchase. |

| The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Prices of goods displayed and ordered through here may differ from prices in store. |

| Cancellations, Amendments, Returns Refunds |

Any changes to your order you make must be notified to us in writing.If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or price you pay for the item, as you will be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or change the order. You may cancel your order within 10 days of purchase date and receive a full refund.Once you have taken delivery of your furniture, refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if the goods are not fit for purpose or as described. Our customer service representative can be contacted at 051-878588 from Monday till Saturday between 10am-5pm. |

| Delivery |
|
Time and date of delivery will be decided at time of purchase, or within the four week period following purchase date. We will hold furniture for 4 weeks from date of purchase free of charge. If you are unable to accept the delivery offered or wish to hold your order for a period of time after the 4 week period following your purchase date, we can provide a storage service at a cost of €25 per item, per week. Delivery Cost for full order: €35 for first 10 km, and €2 per km thereafter. Purchases of €3,000 or more will allow free delivery for all items held in stock. |

| Assembly |
|
We offer a free assembly service for beds/dining tables/wardrobes to be assembled on ground floor level. A €20 fee is charged for beds/dining tables/wardrobes assembled on higher floors. This service is conditional upon our crew having normal access at ground floor level and stairs, and assuming that the route and room are large enough to accommodate your order.
We do not supply a furniture disposal service. |
